CHATEAU & DOMAINE

Wines from the "Château & Domaine" family are of very high quality and are considered by professionals to be among the Languedoc's finest. They include AOC wines ("Coteaux du Languedoc- Grés de Montpellier) and vins de pays (Vicomté d'Aumelas). We apply the same criteria of care, cultivation, yield and quality to the production of our AOC wines and vins de pays.
These wines are aromatic, fine, elegant, original and affordable. Their aromas and structure make them worth the best cuisine.
Regulation limits the use of the term "Château" to AOCs, while the term "Domaine" is more frequently used for vins de pays. Our great vintages are split into the Château Haut-Blanville and Domaine Haut-Blanville.
